In September 2008, Integrity was formed by a core group of industry veterans who make up the owner/management team. This team has a combined background of
over 200 years experience in the ARM industry. They each have experience with a number of the nation's largest agencies, therefore, bringing with them valuable perspective. Most importantly, several members of the management team have worked together in the past and have built highly successful and nationally recognized start-up agencies. This team has a mutual respect for one another's talents and strengths. They love to compete, but they love to WIN even more.
